Founder of OTB Destination, Rodney D. Yates has developed a unique expertise in development, redeveloping and executing the leasing strategy and revenue generation for complex, destination, mixed-use projects. The company was founded to capitalize on the demand for non-traditional development.

He recently completed a $300 million destination development, The Legends at Village West in Kansas City, KS. Its success led to the next Legends project, the $500 million Legends at Sparks Marina in Reno-Lake Tahoe, NV.  Other projects include a major destination project in Uptown Dallas across from American Airlines Arena. OTB Destination is also negotiating with developers and municipalities for two projects in Arizona and one in Las Vegas.

Prior to founding OTB Destination, Rod worked on ground-up development and repositioning distressed assets with Trammell Crow Company, vulture buyer Samuel Zell on the Zell/Merrill Lynch Funds and global investment bank Goldman Sachs & Co. He attended the University of Nebraska, earning an undergraduate degree in business, and an MBA from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. OTB Destination is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
